What mindset is:
A way of thinking. A frame of mind.
Your mindset is your collection of thoughts and beliefs that shape your thought habits. And your thought habits affect how you think, what you feel, and what you do. Your mindset impacts how you make sense of the world, and how you make sense of you. Your mindset is responsible for how you interpret and react to what happens to you and around you. Your mindset plays a critical role in how you cope with life's challenges.
So it’s safe to say that your mindset is a big deal! And being aware of this it is life changing.
For years I tried to change my life to be happier and more fulfilled, by changing my external circumstances. External circumstances can be : job, new workout routine, circle of friends, new hobby, new partner… It was working for a short time but the new found happiness never really lasted for long.
It’s when I understood the power of the mind and how my mindset was creating my reality that I saw lasting positive changes in my life. I understood that real transformation comes from inside.
